Working principle

Ring hammer crusher’s main component is rotor with hammers, and the rotor is composed of main shaft, rotating plate, pin shaft and hammer. The rotor is driven by electric motor and rotating with high speed. Material goes into the crushing cavity through feeding entrance and is stricken, impacted, sheared and grinded by high speed rotating hammers. There is a sieve plate underneath the rotor. The material smaller than the sieve holes size will be discharged through screen plate. The material which size is bigger than the sieve hole size will be remain on the screen plate and get stricken and grinded by the hammers and finally crushed into the requested size then will be discharged out of machine through sieve plate. The grate of the gap could be made as customer’s requirements to change the size of output material to satisfy different customer’s need.
